When you submit our contact form, we collect the personal data you provide, namely your name and/or company name, email address, and the contents of your message (for example a description of inventory or buying interest). We do not collect special categories of personal data.
We process this data solely to respond to your enquiry, to communicate with you about a potential or existing business relationship, and to keep a record of that correspondence.
The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in responding to enquiries and conducting our business-to-business activities. Where you contact us to enter into a transaction, processing may also be necessary for the performance of, or steps prior to, a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
We retain enquiry data for up to two (2) years from our last contact with you, after which it is deleted, unless a longer period is required to comply with a legal obligation (for example, tax or accounting record-keeping) or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for their own purposes. The only third party that processes your data on our behalf is our form-handling service provider, Web3Forms, which delivers contact-form submissions to our inbox. Web3Forms acts as a processor and is bound to process the data only on our instructions. We may also disclose data where required by law or competent authority.
Where our service provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses to protect your data.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your personal data, to request correction or deletion, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability.
