We come back with a price

We review your grading and come back with a quote, usually the same day. Price is based on your grading — no re-testing surprises.

Agree terms

Shipping and payment terms are agreed per deal. Most transactions run on prepayment — we confirm the details before anything moves.

Ship to us

Once terms are agreed, you ship to our Leiden facility. We confirm receipt and check against your manifest on arrival.

Any differences reported

If there are grading discrepancies we report back immediately with specifics. What was agreed is what we settle — no last-minute blanket markdowns.
